SUMMARY OF EVENTS - 2006/2007
Outdoor playground equipment
Our next fundraising target is to purchase playground equipment. We are currently raising money for a Trim Trail to go in the school playground which is estimated to cost £5,000. So far we have raised £3,000.
Suggestion box
We understand that not all parents are able to attend the PTFA meetings due to other commitments but we always value your comments. If you wish to make a suggestion for any fundraising events or PTFA expenditure please make a note of it and put it in the comments box in the school entrance area.
SUMMARY OF EVENTS - 2005/2006
Following all our fundraising events from the previous academic year we are very pleased to say that we raised a total of just over £2,250.00. We would like to thank all the parents and friends of the school who helped to raise this fantastic sum.
We would also like to say thank you to all our volunteers for helping with the Summer Beach Party. It was a great success. All the children enjoyed the puppet show and the BBQ and bar raised a great deal of money towards our new gazebos and gas BBQ
Fundraising
Over the last 6 years the PTA have worked to pay for:-
- the new stage
- a sound system and lighting
- football kits
- netball bibs
- new playground equipment
- a shelter for the playground
- class resources
- school trips
- Mother's day and Reception Class flowers
