Calendar

Our main fundraising objective for this academic year will be to raise funds for outdoor play equipment on the school field. If you wish to volunteer to help with any of these events or if you have any suggestions or comments to make please contact us through the school website address emersonsgreen.primary@southglos.gov.uk making sure you mark your email for the PTFA's attention.

End of Term Discos
We will holding two end of year discos:  The first disco straight after school will be for Reception, Years 1 and 2; and a following disco for Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.  We will include reply slips in the Friday newsletter nearer the time for you to return to us.  If your child will be attending the first disco please remember to send your child to school with a change of clothing in a carrier bag.

Beach Party
This is regular Summer event where families are welcome to join us for a BBQ and disco.  Tickets will be available nearer the time but please make a note in your diary so you are free to join in the fun!  We will have a fancy dress competition for the children, outdoor games equipment will be provided on the school field and our face painters will be available to transform your children!

Grand Summer Draw
We will be selling our Summer Draw Tickets from the beginning of July and the Draw will be announced at the Beach Party.  Once again every child will be sent home with 5 Draw Tickets to sell for the price of £1.00. 

Ladies Night
This evening is one of our biggest annual fundraisers and is a fantastic evening of shopping and various therapies from Tarot Cards to a manicure.  This year we are looking for some volunteers who wish to organise this event.  If you are interested in being a member of a team to organise such an event for us then please could you contact any committee member.
